Further to earlier posts here and here there is news from good friends Beit Al-Khebra Intellectual Property about the functioning of the Trade Mark Office in Libya.
They report that the Trade Mark Office, which has not printed any registration certificates since 2002, has recently started to print certificates again. This is good news for rights holders around the world and this part of the Empty Quarter hopes that certificates will start flowing out from all of the local agents to their clients soon.
